Victoria S. Braun, 63

Victoria S. ‘Vickie’ Braun, 63, of Wapakoneta, died 5:06 a.m., Thursday, Nov. 11, 2021, at Mercy Heathst. Rita’s Medical Center, Lima, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born June 3, 1958, in Lima, the daughter of Francis

and Ida Lou (Long) Harrod. Her mother

survives in Wapakoneta, and her father is deceased. On May 4, 1985, she married Dennis J. Braun, and he survives.

Other survivors include three brothers:

Dave (Colleen) Harrod, Wapakoneta, Dan (Peg) Harrod, New

Bremen, Don (Meg) Harrod, New Bremen;

sisters-in-law: Marty (Dennis) Fleming,

Lima, Nancy (Ken) Fisher, Wapakoneta, Kathy (Jim) Schaub, Wapakoneta, Belinda Harrod; numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, Doug Harrod; her father-in-law and

mother-in-law, Roger and Rose Braun; and a

brother-in-law, Larry Braun.

Vickie had worked in the office at Botkins Electric Co., and in her younger years worked

as a licensed hairdresse­r. She was a

member of St. John Catholic Church, Fryburg.

Vickie was a graduate of Wapakoneta High School, and the

Ohio State Beauty Academy. She enjoyed crafts, gardening, crocheting, and sewing.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, Nov. 17, 2021, at St. Joseph

Catholic Church, Wapakoneta, with Rev.

Sean Wilson officiatin­g. Burial of her cremated remains will follow in the St. John
