Norma J. Etgen, 75, of Wapakoneta passed away at 9:46 p.m. Friday, April 29, 2022 at Mercy Health-st. Rita’s, Lima.

She was born on September 1, 1946 in Coldwater, OH to Arnold and Marcella (Willenborg) Klenke who preceded her in

death. On December 29, 2000 she married James “Jim” Etgen and

he passed away on April 19, 2022.

She is also survived by three children, Kimberly Evans of Hagerstown, MD,

Robert (Cherie) Gehle Jr. of Hamilton Square,

NJ, Timothy (Jill) Etgen of Wapakoneta;

six grandchild­ren Kierstin Gehle, Drew Gehle, Ty (Heather)

Etgen, Joel (Andrea) Etgen, Bryant Mcclain, Kristy (Tyler) Varno; five greatgrand­children; four

brothers James Klenke of Grove City, Rick Klenke of GA, Roger (Lisa) Klenke of Coldwater, John (Linda) Klenke of Coldwater; 2 sisters Cindy (Dave) Dorsten of Montezuma, Donna Post of Wendelin; a sister-inlaw Becky Klenke; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a daughter Tiffany Etgen; a brother Robert “Weaser” Klenke; a brother-inlaw Dennis Post; and two sisters-in-law

Brenda Klenke, Beverly Klenke.

Norma was a 1965 graduate of Coldwater High School. She retired from Fanning Howey, Celina as an

architectu­ral administra­tor. She was a

member of the Moose 388, V.F.W. Post 6772

and St. Patrick Catholic Church. She enjoyed knitting, fishing, boating, going to NASCAR races and going to flea market

sales. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her grandchild­ren.

Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 5, 2022 at St. Patrick Catholic Church 6959

Glynwood Rd., St. Marys with Rev. Alexander Witt officiatin­g.

Family and friends may visit from 4-7 p.m.

on Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at Schlosser Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Wapakoneta and one hour prior to the Mass at church.
