David R. Howe, son of MM Roger Howe, will receive a BA degree in business administra­tion and a minor in Architectu­re at Ohio University today. Davie is a 1966 graduate of Wapakoneta Senior High and spent 19 months in the US Army, 11 months of which were in Vietnam. He will be employed in the office of Koneta Rubber Co., Inc., as industrial engineer. He is married to the former Sue Stroh, daughter o MM Harold Stroh, and they live at RFD 1, Wapakoneta.

Mike Shoffstall, son of MM Curtiss Shoffstall, RR 3, is one of six high school graduates to receive scholarshi­p awards from Superior Tube Company as outstandin­g students. He has won six art awards in school and was entered in the Lima invitation­al math contest. He was a member of the school newspaper staff and covers athletic events for the Wapakoneta Daily News. His scholarshi­p is $600 for each of four years. He will attend Ohio University.
