Joyce Ann Tuttle, 75

Joyce Ann Tuttle, 75, of rural Waynesfiel­d, OH died 8:24 p.m., Wednesday, June 8, 2022, at Mercy Healthst. Rita’s Medical Center, Lima, with her family at her side.

She was born Jan. 9, 1947, in Lima, OH, the daughter of the late Wilbur and Irene (Schlueter) Mahan. On June 11, 1966, she married Roger L. Tuttle, and he survives.

Other survivors include, three children, Stephanie M. (Michael) Lane of Lima, Kerri A. Shields of Bellefonta­ine and Ryan C. (Tiffany) Tuttle of Hilliard; eight grandchild­ren, Emily Lane, Brandon Lane, Seth Shields, Haley Shields, Marissa Shields, Ryanna Tuttle, Evan Tuttle, and Gavin Tuttle; a brother, Glenn (Jane) Mahan, Ashland, KY; two brothers-in-law, Michael (Kathy) Tuttle and Gary J. Tuttle; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by two grandchild­ren, Mollie Shields and Tyler Lane, and a sister-in-law, Joyce Valenti.

Joyce retired in 2011 from Orthodonti­c Associates, after 25 years of service. She was a member of the Waynesfiel­d United Methodist Church, and a 1965 graduate of Wapakoneta High School. She was also a member of the Friends of the Library, Waynesfiel­d, and the Muchinippi Garden Club. Joyce enjoyed reading, bowling, tending to her flowers, and shopping. However, she most enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchild­ren.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at the Waynesfiel­d United Methodist Church, with Pastor Greg Wack officiatin­g.

Burial is to follow in Walnut Hill Cemetery, New Hampshire, OH.

The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Monday, June 13, 2022, at the Eley Funeral Home & Crematory, Waynesfiel­d Chapel, and 1 hour prior to the service Tuesday. at the church.
