Matthew Phillips, 32, of Wichita, Kan., was cited Sept. 22 in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ethan Langston, 25, of Lincoln, was arrested Sept. 23 in connection with DWI #2, careless driving, speeding, fleeing, driving on suspended driver’s license.

James White, 43, of Lincoln, was arrested Sept. 25 on a warrant for failure to pay.

Brandie Boggs, 36, of Nixa, Mo., was arrested Sept. 25 in connection with public intoxication.

Johnny Jacobs, 38, of Nixa, Mo., was arrested Sept. 25 in connection with public intoxication.

Viovanni Pacheco, 22, of Springdale, was arrested Sept. 25 on a warrant for failure to appear.

Sammy Sanchez, homeless, was arrested Sept. 26 in connection with violation of an order of protection.

Arron Manship, 25, of Tahlequah, Okla., was cited Sept. 26 on a warrant for failure to appear.

Casey O’Connor, 35, of Prairie Grove, was arrested Sept. 28 in connection with possession of a controlled substance (misdemeanor).
