Letha Ellen Rieff
Letha Ellen Rieff, daughter of Willie Parks.and Ethel Ivy (Davidson) Rosebeary, passed away Thursday, Oct. 13, 2016, in Broken Arrow, Okla. She was born Feb. 3, 1930, in West Fork, Ark.
She attended West Fork Public Schools. She grew up on the family berry farm near West Fork. She married the love of her life Homer Lee Rieff on Oct. 18,1947, in Fayetteville, Ark.
She was employed for over twenty years with Ross Martin/Corporate Express Company as an inspector of business forms and letterheads. She loved to cook and did sewing in her younger years as well as tending her roses. She was an avid sports fan dating back to her high school basketball days. She also loved to spoil her grandchildren and enjoyed family gatherings.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Homer, in 2009; eldest son, Dewey Lee; her siblings, Euell (Lefty), Alva, Willie Jr., Ray, Orville and Loy Rosebeary.
She is survived by her son, Ronald and wife, Rhonda; brother and sister- in- law, Everett and Carol Rosebeary, Nolan and Jane Rosebeary, and sister Clara Russell; grandsons, Ryan and Robert Rieff; and granddaughter, Rebecca Rieff.
Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 21, 2016, at Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove, Ark.
