Mary Ruth Holman

Mary Ruth Holman, 86, of Lincoln, Ark., passed away on March 13, 2017, at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale, Ark. She was born on March 1, 1931, in Dallas, Texas, to George Edgar and Exie Opal Rawlins.

She loved to work in the garden planting flowers and vegetables. She also enjoyed playing bingo and spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by three daughters, Mary Eve Stutts, Mary Sue Brewer, and Lillie Marie Mains.

She is survived by four children, Edna Macy and husband Charles Macy of Morrow, Ark., Barbara Holman and husband Ruben Holman of Siloam Springs, Ark., E.V. Stutts Jr. and wife Deborah Stutts of Waco, Texas, and Carla Stutts and Benny Phillips of Madison, Tenn.; 17 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; seven great- great- grandchildren; and many others who called her Grandma. She also leaves behind her three beloved dogs Spider, King and Sheba.

A graveside service was held at 2 p. m. March 16, 2017, at Fairview Memorial Gardens in Fayetteville, Ark.
