Time For Cemetery Decorations

- MARIE ROY WCN Columnist

I’m sorry for the omission of last week’s column, especially for those who had birthdays. I hope they had happy times, and now, though belated, my best wishes are for many more to come to: Janice Waldrop, Wilma Caswell, Braden Umberson, Phyllis Sievers, Diane Jones, Randy Long, Leona Devore, Rocky Murray, Tim Rich, Bob Munyon, Ann Smith, David Tate.

Happy Anniversary to Gary and Janice Waldrop, Zell and Barbara Goolsby, Lonnie and Mary Ann Cantrell.

Have you marked your calendars for Saturday, May 27? That is the planned date for the 22nd annual Cincinnati reunion, at the fire station, from 1 to 4 p.m. Please bring photos of family members who served in the Armed Forces.

Third Sunday Cemetery decorations are Academy, Bug Scuffle, Cemetery Hill, Cox, Dutch Mills, Eighty-Six, Garret Creek, Howell, Illinois Chapel, Lewis, Lincoln, Sharp, Wickwire.

My heart-felt thanks and love to all those caring over the past days, who got me to doctors on time, who spent sleepless nights caring, plus the yard work, mowing and weed-eating, the house work and physical help, the visits and flowers, cards and phone calls, thanks, each and every one. Family and friends are priceless, and I am so, so, rich.

Happy birthday next week, to Dennis Spear, Doug Stambaugh, Bayli Standifer, Francine Sanderson, Kash Koermer, Jack Thompson, Jacqueline Abshier, Thelma Loftin.

Happy anniversary to Millard and JoAnn Matthews, Roy Gene and Shirley Rinehart, Mike and Kim Lyons, Tim and Bayli Standifer, Ronnie and Annell Cochran, Thomas and Tara Stathakis.

Happy years, all! Remember recycling Monday May 22.
