LINCOLN — Rodeo is the favorite hobby of current Lincoln Riding Club junior queen Sammie Jo Moore, who testifies that her faith is tops among her priorities.

Sammie Jo says her No. 1 thing in her life is serving her Lord Jesus Christ and spreading his Word. Sammie Jo loves attending church and is an active part of the youth program. Still, wearing the junior queen crown holds a special place in her heart.

“Wow, what an honor it has been representing the Lincoln Riding Club and this beautiful little town,” Sammie Jo said. “The past year my experience has been nothing but totally amazing, meeting new friends, and sharing the sport of rodeo, riding in numerous rodeos, and parades.”

“One of my favorite memories was with Miss Rodeo Arkansas, Miss Tori Miller at the Rodeo of the Ozarks. She was representing Arkansas while I was (representing) Lincoln, Ark. I also want to give an extra ‘thank you’ to Ashley Thomas and Maegan Shreve for always being there to help us girls, and for being amazing role models.”
