Patricia Ann Crooks
Patricia Ann Crooks, 79, of Siloam Springs, Ark., passed away Monday, June 12, 2017, at her home. She was born Sept. 10, 1937, in Claremore, Okla., the daughter of B.N. and Maymie Haikey Chase.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Crooks; her parents; and one sister, Kate Estle.
She is survived by her daughter, Colleen Crooks of Bentonville, Ark.; two sons, Jimmy Crooks and Billy Crooks both of Siloam Springs; three sisters, Marion Stout and husband Herb of Woodward, Okla., Joyce Hunter and husband Jim of Yukon, Okla., and Carolyn Chase of Woodward; one brother, George Chase and wife Vicki of Carrollton, Texas; six grandchildren, Treina Whitcomb and husband Mike, Tracey Renfrow, Logan Crooks and wife Lisa, Laura Crooks, Tyler Crooks and Elizabeth Crooks; nine great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral service was held at 10 a.m. Thursday, June 15, 2017, at Summers Baptist Church in Summers, Ark.. Burial was in the Summers Cemetery in Summers.
Pallbearers were Rocky Howe, Mike Whitcomb, Bill Trentham, Michael Renfrow, Taylor Garrigus and Hunter Garrigus.
