Eutha Mae Parkerson, 90, of Farmington, Ark., passed away Thursday, July 9, 2020, in Prairie Grove, Ark.

She was born May 3, 19 30 , in Bartlesvil­le, Okla., the daugh te r of Marvin Eugene and Lottie Carolyn ( Jackson) Garrett. She was a 59-year member of the Church of Christ in Farmington where she taught Thursday School. She was baptized as a teenager in a local creek in Madison County. She loved to make quilts and embroider items to give to others. She was the most kind, giving, loving, sweet lady trying her best to live as God desired in helping others. It brought her great joy to be of service to others and loved her family deeply.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jimmie Parkerson; two brothers, Preston Garrett and Wayne Garrett; three sisters, Lauren Ross, Geneva Ross and Ruby Taylor.

Survivors include her daughter, Cathy Mullen and husband Terry; sons, Walter Parkerson, James “Patrick” Parkerson and Keith Garrett; sisters, Lucille Rhodes and Robbie Sullins; grandchild­ren, Jeremy Riddle and Courtney Bryant; great-grandchild­ren, Kevin Riddle, Peyton Kelly, Greenlee Smith and Cruz Bryant; and four great- great- grandchild­ren, Aroha, Jeremiah and Sedona Riddle and Knox Kelly.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Gospel Tract Program at the Baldwin Church of Christ or Green Valley Bible Camp through the Farmington Church of Christ. A special thinks to Providence Assisted Living and Prairie Grove Health and Rehab for their loving care.

Graveside service was held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 14, 2020, at Drakes Creek Cemetery near Wesley, Ark. Attendees exercised social distancing.
