Maddeline Pearl “Pat” Odom
Maddeline Pearl “Pat” Odom, age 94, a resident of Farmington, Arkansas, passed from this life on Monday, Fe b rua ry 1 , 2021, at her home. She was born March 10, 1926, in Tuttle, Oklahoma, the daughter of Prentiss Roe and Pearl Francis (Yates) Boswell.
Pat was a member of the Farmington Church of the Nazarene where she served in many areas as well as Sunday School teacher from its establishment in 1964. She, along with her husband, established Chicken Holler Lawn and Garden in 1977.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Odom, and one brother, Gene Boswell.
Survivors include her children Virgil Odom of Benton, Arkansas, Regina Price of Yukon, Oklahoma, Al Odom of Farmington, Arkansas, Kent Odom of Fayetteville, Arkansas and Carla Gibson of Farmington, Arkansas; one sister Kathy Emmert of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; 12 grandchildren Angela DeYoung, Alisha Leard, Tim Price, Corban Price, Sharla Hill, Brian Odom, Jonathan Odom, Matt Odom, Adam Nagel, Jerod Odom, James Gibson and Mindy Mahan; 21 great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 12-1 p.m., Saturday, February 13, 2021, at the Church of the Nazarene. The funeral service will be held 1 p.m., Saturday, February 13, 2021, at Church of the Nazarene in Farmington, Arkansas.
Burial will be in the Farmington Cemetery in Farmington, Arkansas.
