Artists and col­lec­tors to re­turn to the Red Rock Arts Fes­ti­val Oc­to­ber 6 in Moab, Utah.

Moab Arts and Recre­ation Cen­ter is host­ing the sec­ond an­nual Red Rock Arts Fes­ti­val be­gin­ning Oc­to­ber 6 and con­tin­u­ing through Oc­to­ber 13 in scenic Moab, Utah. The week­long event will wel­come more than 100 artists from all over North Amer­ica for the fes­ti­val events, in­clud­ing the ninth an­nual Plein Air Moab painting com­pe­ti­tion. Other events in­clude the Red Rock Street Fest, which takes place Oc­to­ber 13 from noon to 8 p.m., and fea­tures artisan ven­dors, live mu­sic, com­mu­nity booths and demon­stra­tions, plein air painting and the Art­trails Sculp­ture Ex­hi­bi­tion.

This year’s art fes­ti­val will cel­e­brate land-in­spired art, and artists of all lev­els are ac­cepted—the fes­ti­val boasts works from $20 to $1,500.
