Gravette
Monday: Goulash, green beans, steamed cabbage, bread, apple slices.
Tuesday: Chef salad, wheat crackers, fruit cup.
Wednesday: Oven roasted chicken, garlic mashed potatoes, turnip greens, cornbread, orange slices. Thursday: BBQ pork ribs, baked beans, potato salad, bread, watermelon. Friday: Mushroom Swiss burger on whole wheat bun, fried potatoes, mixed vegetables, strawberry shortcake.
Meals at Center are served with 2 percent milk, buttermilk, orange juice, coffee or tea. Diabetic desserts are available.
Gentry
Monday: Beef and tomato mac, vegetable medley, steamed cabbage, apple slices.
Tuesday: Chef salad (romaine, spring mix, ham, turkey, carrot, radish, cucumber, cheese, tomato,
dressing), wheat crackers, fruit cup. Wednesday: Oven roasted chicken, garlic mashed potatoes, turnip greens, pinto beans, cornbread, orange slices.
Thursday: BBQ pork rib, baked beans, potato salad, wheat bread, watermelon slices.
Friday: Beef burger with mushroom and Swiss, whole wheat bun, American fried potatoes, mixed vegetables, pound cake with strawberries.
Two percent milk included with each meal.
