Grand opening
Torie Dixon, Miss Gravette 2016 (center, right), joined Les and Sylena Wingo as they cut the ribbon for their shop, The Junkin Sailor, on Main Street Saturday. Mayor Kurt Maddox, city clerk Mike von Ree, other Main Street business owners and several members of the Chamber of Commerce were also present as the Wingos held their grand opening with an open house and refreshments. The shop is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Friday with shorter hours on Saturday.
