Imagine sponsors coat giveaway

GRAVETTE — Imagine Before and After School Care hosted a coat, hat, scarf and glove giveaway on Saturday, Oct. 15. More than 100 coats were handed out to persons in need.

Sponsors for the coat giveaway included Comet Cleaners of Bentonville, George Nunnally Chevrolet of Bentonville, R&R Solutions of Gravette, Gravette Post Office and Gra- vette City Hall. Scarves and hats were donated by Warm Up America, a nonprofit group that collects hand-knitted and crocheted items from ladies across the U.S.

Maysville 4- H members provided a petting zoo at the event. Children enjoyed playing with the hog, goats, ponies, rabbits and chickens the 4- H members brought along. Harps donated hot dogs and buns to feed those who attended.
