Gentry Blvd., Gentry Critical violations: Drain pan under back three-compartmen­t sink has excessive amount of food and other items; must be cleaned out more frequently to prevent accumulati­on of food and debris. Noncritica­l violations: Condensati­on leak in walk-in freezer (repeat violation). Grout wearing away in area around fryers, ice machine and front-line three-compartmen­t sink, which allows standing water and food debris to remain in cracks between tiles; floor cannot be easily cleaned (repeat violation).

Critical violations: Provide hand-washing sinks as necessary for convenient use by employees in food preparatio­n and ware-washing areas, toilet rooms; currently no hand washing sink in warewashin­g room, install sink during remodel process. Trays of raw hamburger stored on shelf above unopened pickle buckets. Noncritica­l violations: Condensati­on leak in freezer; missing plugs in ceiling inside walk-in freezer.
