SUBMITTING ITEMS FOR PUBLICATION

Readers may submit items for publication in the Westside Eagle Observer by emailing them to eagleobserver@ nwadg.com or dropping items off in an envelope at public libraries in Decatur, Gentry or Gravette (no payments or subscription renewals should be brought to the libraries). Items will be picked up some time around noon on Fridays, and photos will be returned to the libraries for pickup by the submitter.
