GENTRY — Upcoming dates for those with children attending Gentry Public Schools follow: • August 2 — Freshmen (9th grade) Orientation, 12 to 2 p.m.

• August 7 — Sixth Grade Orientation, 5 to 7 p.m.

• August 8 — Intermediate School Open House, 5 to 7 p.m.

• August 8 — Middle School Open House, 6 to 8 p.m. • August 10 — Primary School Open House, 5 to 7 p.m. • August 10 — High School Open House, 6 to 8 p.m. • August 15 — First Day of School
