Shannon Dale Ford

Shannon Dale Ford, 45, of Jay, Oklahoma, went to be with the Lord April 11, 2018.

He was born March 23, 1973, in Pineville, Louisiana, the son of Albert Esaw Ford, Jr., and Virginia Young Ford. He attended the Church on The Hill in Gravette. He worked in constructi­on and was a truck driver, and he loved hunting, being outdoors and music.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfathe­r, Albert Esaw Ford, Sr.; maternal grandparen­ts, Dock Midas Young and Clara Bessie Walton Young.

He is survived by his parents, Albert and Virginia Ford of Jay, Oklahoma; two daughters, Samantha Ford of Gravette, Arkansas, and Kayla Ford of Jay, Oklahoma; one grandchild, Skylar Grace Ford; and a host of friends.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday, April 16, 2018, at the Church on The Hill, 400 South East Atlanta Street, Gravette, AR 72736 with Pastor Jim Starr officiatin­g, under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home, 3926 Willowood Avenue, Springdale, AR 72762.

Burl F. Lyons

Burl F. Lyons, 84, of Gentry, died April 28, 2018, at Willard Walker Hospice, Fayettevil­le.

He was born Aug. 15, 1933, in Gentry, to William Lyons and Evelyn Jackson Lyons. He married Oleta Harris on Dec. 30, 1955. He served in the U.S. Navy during Vietnam and Korea and continued in the military for 22 years, retiring in 1974.

He was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters and three brothers.

Survivors include his wife, Oleta, of the home; daughters, Peggy Climer and husband Mike of Ruston, La., Linda Largent and husband Ron of Bella Vista, Teresa McCroskey and husband Stan of Republic, Mo., Sharon Jesseph and husband Larry of Bartlesvil­le, Okla., and Donna Becker and husband Steve of Springfiel­d, Mo.; 16 grandchild­ren; 23 greatgrand­children; and sister, Jewell Kee of Modesto, Calif.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Wednesday, May 2, at Wasson Memorial Chapel, Siloam Springs. Arrangemen­ts are by Wasson Funeral Home, Siloam Springs.

Angelo Michael Scotillo Jr.

Angelo Michael Scotillo Jr., 53, of Gravette, died Monday, April 23, 2018, at his residence.

He was born June 15, 1964, in Bakersfiel­d, Calif.

Survivors include his loving family members and a host of friends.

Arrangemen­ts are by Epting Funeral Home of Gravette.

Carol Lou Weber

Carol Lou Weber, 83, of Decatur, died April 19, 2018, at Circle of Life Hospice at Legacy Village in Bentonvill­e.

She was born Aug. 26, 1934, in Fremont, Ohio, to Donald Cress and Ardella Folk Cress. She married James Weber March 24, 1951, in Fremont, and they moved from Ohio to Alaska, then to California and to Arkansas.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother.

Survivors include her husband, Jim, of the home; daughters, Angela Stewart and husband Keith of Decatur, Cindy Atwood and husband Tim of Wasilla, Alaska, and Jody Usher and husband Terry of Lincoln, Calif.; son, James Weber Jr. of Decatur; 10 grandchild­ren; and 24 great-grandchild­ren.

Funeral services were April 23 at Wasson Memorial Chapel in Siloam Springs. Burial was at Fayettevil­le National Cemetery in Fayettevil­le.

Wasson Funeral Home of Siloam Springs was in charge of arrangemen­ts.
