Jimmy Dale Donohew

Jimmy Dale Donohew, “The Guitar Man,” 62, died Friday, Feb. 1, 2019.

He was born April 5, 1956, in Anderson, Mo., to Martha and John Donohew. He loved music and sharing his gifts with everyone. He performed live on KURM radio, at many local festivals and taught youth his craft.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Billy; and one sister, Imogene.

He is survived by five brothers, Laymon and his wife Kathi, Bob, Sam, Junior, Lee and his wife Judy; two sisters, Linda Mercer and her husband Darrel, and Mary Holland.

Visitation will be Wednesday, Feb. 6, from 5 to 7 p.m., at Epting Funeral Home in Gravette.

Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 7, at Epting Funeral Home in Gravette, with John Meredith officiatin­g.

Arrangemen­ts are by Epting Funeral Home of Gravette.

Winfield S. Poe

Winfield S. Poe, 91, of Gravette, died Feb. 1, 2019.

He was born Jan. 22, 1928, in University Park, Iowa, to Pearl Perry Poe and Myrtle Brown Poe.

He was a member of the Church of God Holiness in Gravette.

He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Laura F. Poe, of Gravette; two sons, Theodore Poe and wife Janice, and James Poe, both of Hiwasse; two sisters, Ethel Curtis of Promise City, Iowa, and Mary Thompson of Ava, Mo.; four grandchild­ren, eight great-grandchild­ren and six great-great-grandchild­ren.

Funeral services were Monday, Feb. 4, at the Bella Vista Funeral Home Chapel, with graveside services following at Hillcrest Cemetery in Gravette.

Arrangemen­ts were by Bella Vista Funeral Home and Crematory, Bella Vista.
