Cory Ceburn Collins

Cory Ceburn Collins, 32, of Gentry, died on June 15, 2019.

He was born Nov. 3, 1986, in Oklahoma City, Okla., to Chris Collins and Peggy Hutchinson. He moved to Gentry in 1999 and graduated from Gentry High School in 2005.

He was a dedicated dad who was never separated from his sidekick, Zain.

He was preceded in death by his grandfathe­rs, Richard Hutchinson and Glen “Grampy” Jones.

He is survived by his son, Zain Collins of Gentry; father, Chris Collins of Gentry; mother, Peggy Gillam of Anderson, Mo.; brother, Chris Collins Jr. of Gentry; four sisters, Cassidee Gillam of Anderson, Mo., Brittney Clauson and husband Robert of Fayettevil­le, Ashlon Patterson of Siloam Springs, and Rebecca Patterson of Siloam Springs; grandfathe­r, Leon Collins of Rogers; paternal grandmothe­r, Sandy Jones of Damascus; and maternal grandmothe­r, Ruth Ann Lalonde of Fort Smith.

Funeral services will be 3 p.m., Thursday, June 20, at Wasson Funeral Home in Siloam Springs. Burial will follow at Gentry Cemetery in Gentry. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, June 19, at Wasson Funeral Home, Siloam Springs.

Raymond ‘Ray Ray’ Lester Haisman II

Raymond “Ray Ray” Lester Haisman II, 20-yearold resident of Decatur, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord on June 14, 2019, in Gravette, Arkansas. Ray was born on August 8, 1998, in Gravette, Arkansas, to Raymond Lester Haisman and Lisa Kay Beck Haisman. He was a lifelong resident of Decatur. Ray was a member of Decatur High School track team, football team, and basketball team. He graduated from Decatur High School in 2017. Ray was a member of Word of Life Fellowship in Bentonvill­e, Arkansas.

He was preceded in death by his grandmothe­rs, Rita Kay Haisman and Helen Marie Beck.

He is survived by his parents, Raymond and Lisa Haisman of Decatur; brother, Taylor Haisman of Decatur; sister, Lizzie Haisman of Decatur; grandfathe­r, Harry Haisman of Decatur; aunts and uncles: C.J. Haisman, Suzie Haisman, Patti Jones, John Haisman and wife Erin, Linda Moreno and husband Mario, Robert Beck, Tommy Beck and wife Jana, Douglas Beck, and Randy Beck and wife Tonya; cousins: Jonathan Haisman, Bri Williams and daughter Emori Cheatwood, Alex Jones, Clayton Jones, Noah Haisman, Gerry Verrette and family, Jeremy Verrette and family, Chris Verrette and family, Renee Verrette and family, Devon Beck, Tyler Beck, Colt Beck and family, Wyatt Beck, and numerous other cousins; great uncle and aunt, Frank and Linda Haisman; and numerous other family members and friends.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 22, 2019, at Word of Life Fellowship in Bentonvill­e, Arkansas, with Pastor Bill Rogers officiatin­g. Connie Mae Lee

Connie Mae Lee, 76, of Gentry, died Monday, June 10, 2019, at Circle of Life Hospice House in Bentonvill­e.

She was born April 9, 1943, in Red Oak, Iowa, to Ruby Swartz and Virgil Lee. She was a line worker for many years. She enjoyed gardening, flowers and spending quality time with her family and friends. She lived in Northwest Arkansas for about two and a half years after moving from Eldon, Mo.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.

She is survived by one sister, Carol Sickels of Gentry.

No services are planned at this time.

Barbara Dean Reese

Barbara Dean Reese, 89, of Bella Vista, died Tuesday, June

11, 2019, at Circle of Life-Legacy Village in Bentonvill­e.

She was born March

15, 1930, in Webb City, Mo., to Birl Belgium Bennett and Edith Weaver. She was a homemaker, farmer, beautician, seamstress and artist. She taught art and authored a book on art. She and her husband of 49 years, Fred H. Reese, enjoyed golf, traveling and helping with many charities. Barbara attended Bella Vista Assembly of God Church.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Fred Reese Jr.; two brothers, Richard Damron and Donald Damron; two stepsons, Bobby and Danny Reese.

She is survived by three children, Deborah Lynn Johnson (Wayne), Roger Clayton Wardlaw (Michelle) and Freda Jenee Wardlaw; three stepchildr­en, Janet Risch, David Reese and Fred Reese III; 14 grandchild­ren; and many great-grandchild­ren; two sisters, Audrey Mattney and Patricia Barker.

The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 22, at the Bella Vista Assembly of God Church. A gathering of friends and family is planned from 12:30 to 1 p.m., prior to the service, at the church. Burial will follow at Daniels Cemetery in Gravette.

Judith Francis Klotz Smith

Judith Francis Klotz Smith, 78, of Konawa, Okla., died June 7, 2019, at her home.

She was born Oct. 9, 1940, in Hobbs, N.M., to Lacey Klotz and Myrtle Rae Martin Klotz. She married Carl Smith. She was a certified nurse’s aide and loved reading, gardening and doing crafts.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lacey and Myrtle Rae Klotz; her husband, Carl Smith; and one sister, Jackie Sikes.

She is survived by one son, Jacob Squire of Gentry; two daughters, Cindy McCool of Chickasha, Okla., and Julie Collins of Konawa; nine grandchild­ren; and 10 great-grandchild­ren.

Swearingen Home of Konawa is in charge of arrangemen­ts.
