LOCAL HEALTH INSPECTIONS
Critical violations are defined as items relating directly to factors that lead to food-borne illness and must be corrected immediately. Noncritical violations are defined as items that relate to the maintenance of food operations and cleanliness.

Critical violations: Food in a cold holding unit was not at 41 degrees or below.
Noncritical violations: There was no thermometer in one refrigerator. There were flies in the facility during operation. Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band, while preparing food — food workers may not wear jewelry on their arms and hands.

Critical violations: An employee made bare hand contact with donuts. Sausage and egg patties were not at 41 degrees or below in cold holding. Ham was not date-marked as needed. The time log for time-controlled foods was inaccurate.
Noncritical violations: There is evidence of ants near the display cases. There are no test strips to test sanitizer. There is evidence of a water leak in the roof of the dining room. The posted retail food permit was expired.

Noncritical violations: Food workers must wear proper hair restraints. The container where ice scoops are stored needs cleaning. The exterior of a freezer door and handle need cleaning; surfaces of equipment need cleaning. The retail food permit was expired.
