- David Charles Harlow

David Charles Harlow, 64, of Sulphur Springs, died March 26, 2020, at Mercy Hospital in Rogers.

He was born on April 5, 1955, in Enid, Okla., to Ivy and Charles Harlow.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ivy and Charles Harlow.

He is survived by two sons, Jeremy (Summer) Harlow, Josh (Kasie) Harlow; brother, Steven Harlow; sister, Sandy Wietelman; and five grandchild­ren, Jordan, Dylan, Paige, Rachel and Ella.

Arrangemen­ts are by Epting Funeral Home of Gravette.

Brenda Lee Hudson

Brenda Lee Hudson, 60, of Decatur, died March 25, 2020, in her home.

She was born May 29, 1959, in Barberton, Ohio, to Russell Eddleman and Marjorie Color. She married Jim Hudson on March 24, 2003.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband Jim, of the home; son, Matt Moorehead of Akron, Ohio; two daughters; two grandchild­ren; brother, Ricky Eddleman of Ohio; and other family members.

No services are planned at this time.

Howard W. Spears

Howard W. Spears, 80, of Hiwasse, Arkansas, passed away March 23, 2020, at Mercy Hospital in Rogers, Arkansas.

Howard was born April 23, 1939, in Lillie, Louisiana, to J.V and Lutie Spears. He graduated from Downsville High School in 1957 and attended Louisiana Tech University for two years followed by two years serving his country in the U.S. Army. On June 14, 1963, he married Cathleen Boling at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church.

He worked for Rogers Tool Works for 36 years, retiring in 2002 as the Quality Control Manager. Howard was a devoted member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon and Sunday School Superinten­dent. Howard loved to farm, enjoyed traveling the world, and treasured spending time with his family.

Howard is preceded in death by his parents and his two brothers, James Spears and Charles Spears.

He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Cathleen Boling Spears and his three daughters and their spouses: Sherri Spears Harris and Paul of Houston, Christi Spears Phillips and Darrin of Lowell and Lisa Spears and Jennifer of Hiwasse, as well as five grandchild­ren: Matt Phillips (Kelsey), Hollyann Biesenthal (Ben), Dylan Baker, Hannah Baker, and Caroline Harris; and six great-grandchild­ren.

Howard is also survived by five sisters, Joan Day of Centerton, Wanda Trembly of Hiwasse, Betty Red of Bentonvill­e, Charlotte Spear of Hiwasse and Patricia Boling of Gravette, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.

Due to the current coronaviru­s situation, the family will hold a private graveside service at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery on March 27. A Celebratio­n of Life service will be held at a later date.

Memorials may be given to the Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Building Fund c/o Margaret Martin, 1101 Main Street SW, Gravette, AR 72736.
