You’re in luck: A new University of Vermont study reveals that people who often eat meals that contain spicy red chili peppers (like chili paste and hot sauce) are 13% less likely to die of any cause, including heart disease or stroke! The researcher­s say a compound in chilies called capsaicin may boost blood flow, increase good gut bacteria and even help prevent obesity —all of which help you live a longer, healthier life!
