O ur nutrition team created this nofuss plan based on guidelines from Lose Your Final 15: Dr. Ro’s Plan to Eat 15 Servings a Day & Lose 15 Pounds at a Time. Initially, carbs are fairly low; after 15 days, use the guidelines, right, to add more healthy carbs. When preparing food, season as desired with herbs, spices, mustard, lemon juice and vinegar. Dr. Ro finds that zero-cal sweeteners may trigger cravings even after blood sugar improves, so skip or use sparingly. Aim to make water your main beverage; coffee and tea are also smart picks. As always, get a doctor’s okay to try any new plan.
