Brush bottled Italian vinaigrett­e dressing over a storebough­t ready-to-bake pizza crust. Top with sliced tomatoes and deli meats, then sliced or shredded cheese. Bake according to pizza crust package directions. Meanwhile, toss salad greens with chopped hard-cooked eggs and vinaigrett­e. Cool pizza slightly, then top with salad.
