Science confirms that compounds in lavender called polyphenol­s rid your gut of the “bad” bacteria that create gas, while coconut water contains the electrolyt­es needed to maintain fluid balance in your gut and the fiber that keeps food moving through your system!

1 oz. coconut water 2 oz. brewed lavender tea, chilled (like Stash or Yogi teas) 1/2 oz. honey 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice

✤ Add all ingredient­s to cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice; shake well. Strain into tall glass.
