1 cardamom pod 2 oz. brewed rose tea (like Numi or Kusmi) 3/4 oz. Strawberry Honey Syrup (recipe below) ❏ 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice ❏ 1 oz. sparkling

water

Muddle cardamom in cocktail shaker, then fill halfway with ice. Add tea, syrup, lemon and water. Shake well; strain into glass over ice.
