Quick & Easy Recipe
In large nonstick skillet, heat 1 Tbs. oil. Add chopped garlic; cook and stir until fragrant. Stir in thawed frozen or leftover cooked veggies; cook, stirring, until heated. Stir in bottled teriyaki marinade or sauce, a spoonful of orange juice and soy sauce to taste, then cubed cooked chicken. Heat through. Serve topped with chopped fresh cilantro and roasted chopped peanuts.
