Chicken Tacos

In just 20 minutes, you can have this super-speedy family favorite on the dinner table!

1 tsp. oil

2 pkgs. (9 oz. each) grilled sliced chicken, such as Perdue Short Cuts Carved Chicken Breast, Grilled

1/2 cup chopped scallions

2 Tbs. chopped pickled jalapeño peppers

6 fajita-size (6") flour tortillas 6 Tbs. shredded Cheddar cheese

6 Tbs. chunky salsa

6 Tbs. packaged prepared guacamole

6 Tbs. sour cream Fresh cilantro leaves and lime wedges, optional

● In large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken, scallions and jalapeños; cook, stirring occasional­ly, until heated through, about 5 minutes.

● Meanwhile, heat tortillas according to package directions. Evenly divide chicken mixture among tortillas. Dividing equally, top chicken mixture with cheese, salsa, guacamole and sour cream. If desired, garnish with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
