Chill out with a Turtle Coffee Cocktail!

Perfect for a warm summer night, this caramel, chocolate, Baileys and coffee concoction—created by best friends Amy Latta of Oneartsyma­ma.com and Erin Kerst— will not only keep you cool and refreshed, it’ll transport you to cloud nine!

Make it yourself!

1/4 cup brewed coffee—we used Pike Place, which is a medium roast

1/4 cup Baileys Original Irish Cream liqueur

1/2 cup milk

2 scoops vanilla ice cream

Chocolate and caramel syrups

Whipped cream

Crushed pecans

✤ Pour coffee (make sure the coffee is cold, or throw some ice in), Baileys and milk into blender and add ice cream. Squeeze in chocolate and caramel syrups, as much as you like. Cover; blend until smooth. Drizzle chocolate and caramel syrups on the inside of your glass, then pour in mixture. Top with whipped cream, a drizzle of chocolate and caramel syrups and pecans. Makes 1 serving.

For an alcohol-free drink, just substitute Baileys Irish Cream coffee creamer for the liqueur. —Amy Latta of Oneartsyma­ma.com
