OPTION 1 Hailey’s TrickedOut Cereal:

1 bowl whole-grain cereal or oatmeal,

1/2 cup Greek yogurt or milk,

1/2 cup berries and an optional swirl of peanut butter and/ or maple syrup

2 Energy Smoothie:

In blender, blitz

1 cup frozen berries;

1/2 banana;

2 tsp. seeds;

1 tsp. coconut oil;

1/4 cup rolled oats;

1/2 cup Greek yogurt; optional cocoa, cinnamon and/or stevia

1 cup yogurt or bottle kefir

1 serving fruit A few slices turkey

100- calorie pack hummus with bell pepper Infused water:

Add slices of lemon, cucumbers, turmeric root and whole cinnamon sticks to a pitcher of water and let flavors meld as it chills in fridge;
