OPTION 1 Hailey's Pizza Salad: Cut 2 slices pizza into bite-sized pieces and serve like croutons over a large mixed salad with 2 Tbs. Italian dressing

OPTION 2 Easy Summer Chili: Stir together 6 cups chicken broth, 4 cups shredded chicken, 15- oz. can white beans (drained), 2 cups corn kernels, 2 cups salsa verde, 8.5 oz. package chicken taco seasoning; boil, then simmer 10 minutes; top with yogurt, cilantro. Serves 4.

OPTION 3 5 oz. chicken, 1 Tbs. barbecue sauce 1 small baked

sweet potato 2 cups zucchini

sautéed with 1 Tbs. olive oil

OPTION 4 5 oz. cooked salmon;

2 Tbs. pineapple salsa 3/4 cup brown rice,

2 tsp. coconut oil 1 cup steamed snap peas
