Want to get walking like Hailey? Here are some tips to get you started:

● Lace up Any comfy clothes will do, but skip flip-flops or flat sandals. Gradually increase duration in five-minute intervals as you feel stronger. Can’t fit in a 60-minute walk? Research shows several shorter walks are equally effective!

● Feel strong fast Mix in little bursts of speed (from 10-30 seconds) every three minutes or so. The exertion feels minimal, yet experts say it still triggers changes in our muscles that make them instantly more powerful.
