patterns, enlarge photo at 400%. You’ll need only the dog and one star; enlarge or reduce star to 2 1/2", 5" and 7" across. Your child ties narrow ribbon around wreath, knots a loop with the extra for hanger. This is the top. Your child cuts 11 large and 11 medium stars from assorted papers and four small ones from white. He backs stars with white paper for strength, arranges around wreath; glues on, using foam adhesive squares to raise upper layers. He adds buttons and gems.

2Help

your child transfer dog pattern to white cardstock. He backs with red, cuts out, leaving narrow border. He cuts ears, nose, eye spot, paws and hat from papers as shown, glues on. He outlines dog with pen, draws eyes and smile; glues on. 3Your child ties ribbons into bows; glues on.
