Soak away stiffness with a Relaxing Lavender Bath!

“After a long day, when my joints are sore and stiff, nothing feels better than a warm soak,” Cox raves, especially if you add these healing ingredient­s: oats and Epsom salts to bring down the inflammati­on surroundin­g your joints, and lavender to relax your mind and body!

❏ 1 cups oats ❏ 1/2 cup dried lavender buds ❏ 1/4 cup baking soda ❏ 1 cup Epsom salts

✤ Add oats and lavender to food processor and grind into fine powder. Stir in baking soda and Epsom salts; transfer to lidded jar. To use, fill tub with very warm water, slowly adding 1/2 cup mixture under the running water. Soak 15-20 minutes, then rinse well and pat dry.
