Our dreams are windows to our subconscious, which means they have the power to reveal important insights about our waking hours, according to dream analyst Lauri Loewenberg (Thedreamzone.com). Just find your dreams to learn what they reveal about you! If

You’re about to get some me-time!

If you hear the clock ticking in your sleep, don’t worry—it’s just the sound of your subconscious mind urging you to take the pressure off yourself! “Whether you’re under a work deadline or a selfimposed personal one, your dreams of being late are reminders to slow down and enjoy the journey instead of solely focusing on the destination,” says Loewenberg.

Being late Falling You’re letting go of the past!

Rest assured, falling in your dreams is a positive sign, promises Loewenberg. “You’re letting go of a letdown or disappointment,” she reveals. The sensation of falling, which can literally startle you awake, is also alerting you to the fact that “it’s in your power to redirect the situation and take charge.” In other words, you’re moving on wiser and stronger!

Being chased You’re facing your fears!

Being chased suggests that you’re about to face your fears— and overcome them. “Your dreams are encouraging you to confront an issue that’s been weighing on you, possibly from your past, and start fresh,” says Loewenberg. “As soon as you take that first step, your dreams of being chased will stop— and you’ll feel light as a feather!”

Traveling You’re gaining on your goals!

Traveling in your dreams reflects the progress you’re making in your life. And the specific mode of transportation you dream about drops even more hints about your goals, Loewenberg reveals. “If you travel by plane, for example, you’re likely moving toward lofty spiritual goals, while being in the driver’s seat of a car is often about achieving more personal dreams,” she says.

Flying You’re soaring toward success!

If you’re flying high in your dreams, it shows that you’re flying just as high when you’re awake! “Ambitious and far-sighted, you’re breaking free of obstacles and literally rising above challenges,” observes Loewenberg. “Expect to soar to new heights and reach the next level in your personal or professional life!”
