This citrusy sipper tames headaches fast! Lavender acts as an anti-spasmodic to relax constricte­d blood vessels in your brain, while lemon juice boasts a hearty dose of vitamin C— a deficiency of which has been linked to migraines.

8 oz. filtered water 1 tsp. culinary grade dried lavender 2 oz. fresh lemon juice Honey, to taste

Bring water to boil in saucepan; remove from heat and add lavender. Cover; steep 20 minutes. Stir in lemon juice and honey, then let cool. Strain into tall glass with ice.
