BBQ Sloppy Joes

Give your Sloppy Joes a delicious upgrade—it’s as easy as adding in black beans and barbecue sauce!

1 lb. ground beef 1 cup chopped onion 1 Tbs. ancho chile powder 1 tsp. dried oregano 1 can (15.5 oz.) black beans, rinsed, drained 1 cup tomato sauce 1 cup barbecue sauce 2 Tbs. Worcesters­hire sauce 8 buns or rolls, split, toasted 8 slices sharp Cheddar cheese, 8 oz.

Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add beef, onion, ancho chile powder and oregano; cook, stirring to break up beef, until browned, about 10 minutes.

Add beans, tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, Worcesters­hire and 1/4 cup water. Bring to boil; reduce heat to medium. Cook, uncovered, until thickened, about 15 minutes. Divide meat mixture among bun bottoms; top with cheese. Cover with bun tops. Serve immediatel­y.
