Chili stuffed potatoes!

Microwave-bake potatoes. Meanwhile, heat canned chili (with or without beans) with drained canned corn. Split potatoes lengthwise; fluff with fork and stir in salt and pepper to taste. Fill potatoes with chili mixture; sprinkle with shredded cheese. Microwave potatoes until cheese melts. Serve topped with sour cream.
