“What goes around, comes around!”

I was standing in line at the dollar store when I noticed the young lady in front of me kept glancing back. Pointing to my hat that said U.S. Marines—i served in Korea in 1953—she said, “Thank you for your service,” and handed the clerk two $10 bills to pay for me! “Thank you,” I marveled. On my way home, I suddenly remembered that a week before, I’d been at Walmart. Seeing how a little girl in line seemed to love these motion-activated dogs, I told the clerk to add one to my tab and gave it to her. Although the smile on her face was priceless, the toy had also cost $20. I guess what goes around really does come around!
