8 oz. filtered water 2" piece fresh ginger, peeled and roughly chopped 2 sprigs rosemary 2 oz. fresh grapefruit juice

Bring water to boil in saucepan; remove from heat and add ginger and rosemary. Cover; steep 20 minutes. Strain into tall glass with ice; top with grapefruit juice.
