Smooth dim­pled skin with the detox­i­fy­ing com­bi­na­tion of dry brush­ing and sea­weed! The nat­u­ral fix for age spots: ap­ple cider vine­gar! “It’s an al­pha hy­droxy acid that does an amaz­ing job at ex­fo­li­at­ing,” says celebrity fa­cial­ist Graceanne Svend­sen of Shafer Plas­tic Surgery & Laser Cen­ter. “When ap­plied daily, you’ll see spots start to lighten in just seven to 10 days.” ■ Try it! Use a cot­ton­ball to ap­ply ap­ple cider vine­gar to age spots daily. 3

3 Slow signs of ag­ing with a green tea toner!

“Green tea’s an­tiox­i­dants shield against pol­lu­tants that age your skin,” Simp­son says. ■ Try it! Steep 1 green tea bag in 8 oz. hot wa­ter for 1 hour. Dis­card tea bag; add 2 drops tea tree oil. Trans­fer to spritz bot­tle; mist over clean face twice daily. Keeps 1 week.

4 Buff skin smooth with a banana body pol­ish!

For silky-smooth skin you’ll want to show off, look no fur­ther than your kitchen! “Ba­nanas are packed with hy­drat­ing potas­sium,” re­veals Svend­sen, who likes to pair the fruit with a lit­tle su­gar. Su­gar is a nat­u­ral source of gly­colic acid, which dis­solves dead cells to re­veal softer skin. ■ Try it! Com­bine 1 mashed banana and 1/2 cup su­gar. Mas­sage into damp skin from shoul­ders down. Rinse well.

5 Re­veal san­dal­wor­thy feet with a pep­per­mint pedi­cure!

“A soak with anti-in­flam­ma­tory mint and Ep­som salts soothes tired feet,” Simp­son says. Pair it with a su­gar scrub, and your feet will look— and feel—re­ju­ve­nated. ■ Try it! Com­bine 2 Tbs. olive oil, 5 drops pep­per­mint es­sen­tial oil, 5 drops tea tree oil, 1 Tbs. plain yo­gurt and 1/2 cup su­gar; set aside. Fill large bowl with warm wa­ter; add 1/2 cup Ep­som salts and 3 drops pep­per­mint es­sen­tial oil. Soak feet 10 min­utes. Mas­sage su­gar scrub into damp feet; rinse well.
