Smooth away cellulite with a seaweed mask!

Smooth dimpled skin with the detoxifying combination of dry brushing and seaweed! Dry brushing increases your circulation and lymph flow, while chlorella (an algae) pulls out toxins and tames inflammation for firmer skin, explains natural beauty expert Paula Simpson, co-founder of Zea Skin Solutions. ■ Try it! Brush dry skin with a body brush, starting at feet and hands, moving toward your heart. Combine 3 Tbs. chlorella powder (at Amazon.com), 1/4 cup sea salt and 1/4 cup jojoba oil. Smooth on cellulite. Relax 10 minutes; rinse.

2 Look younger with a vinegar spot treatment!

The natural fix for age spots: apple cider vinegar! “It’s an alpha hydroxy acid that does an amazing job at exfoliating,” says celebrity facialist Graceanne Svendsen of Shafer Plastic Surgery & Laser Center. “When applied daily, you’ll see spots start to lighten in just seven to 10 days.” ■ Try it! Use a cottonball to apply apple cider vinegar to age spots daily. 3

3 Slow signs of aging with a green tea toner!

“Green tea’s antioxidants shield against pollutants that age your skin,” Simpson says. ■ Try it! Steep 1 green tea bag in 8 oz. hot water for 1 hour. Discard tea bag; add 2 drops tea tree oil. Transfer to spritz bottle; mist over clean face twice daily. Keeps 1 week.

4 Buff skin smooth with a banana body polish!

For silky-smooth skin you’ll want to show off, look no further than your kitchen! “Bananas are packed with hydrating potassium,” reveals Svendsen, who likes to pair the fruit with a little sugar. Sugar is a natural source of glycolic acid, which dissolves dead cells to reveal softer skin. ■ Try it! Combine 1 mashed banana and 1/2 cup sugar. Massage into damp skin from shoulders down. Rinse well.

5 Reveal sandalworthy feet with a peppermint pedicure!

“A soak with anti-inflammatory mint and Epsom salts soothes tired feet,” Simpson says. Pair it with a sugar scrub, and your feet will look— and feel—rejuvenated. ■ Try it! Combine 2 Tbs. olive oil, 5 drops peppermint essential oil, 5 drops tea tree oil, 1 Tbs. plain yogurt and 1/2 cup sugar; set aside. Fill large bowl with warm water; add 1/2 cup Epsom salts and 3 drops peppermint essential oil. Soak feet 10 minutes. Massage sugar scrub into damp feet; rinse well.
