Whisk away toxins with a Green Tea Wrap!

“Clay is rich in minerals that help flush toxins and smooth orange peel skin,” Cox explains. Pair that with antioxidant-rich green tea, which fights inflammation to enhance the toning effect! ❏ 1/2 cup green clay powder (at Amazon.com) ❏ 1/4 cup pure aloe vera gel ❏ 4 oz. strongly brewed green tea, cooled

Remove towel and wrap; rinse. Important: Drink plenty of water, and remove wrap if you feel uncomfortable. “Geranium essential oil is well-known for boosting your circulation and stimulating your lymphatic system,” says Cox of the naturally astringent oil. Add in moisturizing almond and coconut oils, and this cream will smooth dimples and soften skin! ❏ 4 oz. hot water ❏ 1/4 tsp. baking soda ❏ 2 tsp. coconut oil, softened ❏ 1/2 cup almond oil ❏ 3- 4 drops geranium essential oil

✤ Combine water and baking soda; set aside. Combine coconut and almond oils. Slowly stir in baking soda mixture, then stir in geranium oil. Transfer to lidded jar; let cool. Massage dollop of lotion into skin. Keeps 1 month.
