Woman's World

Dream angel

When Woman’s World reader Janet Melton Sharp of Asheville, North Carolina, was missing her mother, the angels consoled her. She writes:

-

M y mother and I were always very close. We talked several times a day, often while taking long walks, during which we always held hands. Mom was my sounding board when life was too confusing. She was also my biggest cheerleader when life was good.

When I lost my mother, I was devastated. I arrived at the hospital just after she went into a coma, and five hours later, she was gone. My biggest regret was not being able to tell her goodbye.

After my dear mother passed, I was not shy about asking the angels for a sign that she was happy and still with me.

Not long after asking the angels for assistance, I had a dream about Mom holding my hand. I woke up feeling comforted.

Soon after, I had another dream about her. In this one, all of my departed loved ones were there, dressed in beautiful white garments. Everyone looked very healthy and about 35 years old.

Holding hands, Mom and I broke away from the group and took a walk on a beach of sparkling white sand, and the ocean was a vivid bluish green. The gentle breeze was intoxicating, and I remember telling Mom that I was tired and wanted to be with her. She told me it wasn’t my time yet and that I was doing a good job taking care of my father.

She said that our heart lines were still intact, and she promised that one day, when my time came, she would be with me as I crossed over.

After these dreams, I was filled with an incredible sense of peace. I am so grateful to the angels for hearing me and granting me the sign that I needed. I now know that Mom is still with me— and always will be.

“The angels let me know that Mom is happy and will always be with me”
