At right, this week's photo is from 1900. The location is 1 Clinton St. in Woonsocket. Two employees of Shambow's Dairy Lunchroom stand at the entrance. A lunch for 5 or 10 cents was popular in those days. Below the sign on the widow it says “Home cooking and best beef stew.” On a small sign in the entrance it says “Bell and Smith Millinery.”
