St. Agatha Seniors meeting of April 19

A total of 55 members enjoyed a chicken pot pie dinner with all the fixings.

President Annette Beaulieu opened the business meeting with a prayer for the late Lucienne Cagnon.

An Easter greeting card was received by Therese Kiczak.

Celebrating Birthdays were Jeanne Theroux, Nancy Henault and Lucienne Croteau.

Fernand and Rita Blais are celebrating their 67th wedding anniversary and Herve and Jeannette Petrin their 64th.

The monthly raffle winners were Sister Beatrice Bonin, Donna Bourgeois, Martha Cote and Omer Turcotte.

The president also announced that the trip to Boston Harbor for Tall Ships 2017 on June 19 has been sold out and no more tickets are available.

Door prize winners were Yvette Bennetti, Leo Robidoux, Jeannette Cousineau and Jeannette Petrin. Raffle winners were Bernard Dubois, Priscilla Paulhus, Claire Biron and Doris Pariseau.

Tickets are now on sale for the Wednesday, May 10 dinner of pasta and meatballs.

Winners of the special Bingo games were Jacqueline Guevremont, Viollette Roy, Monique Noel and Frances Roy. Constance Seider was the caller. Pitch winners were Martha Cote, Roger Roy, Claudette Desaulniers, George Gautreau and Marcel Cote.
