Glenn Murphy, 20, of 600 Mount Pleasant Road, Harrisville, was arrested Nov. 6 at 1:47 a.m. on Pascoag Main Street and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and refusal to submit to a chemical test, police said.

Kess Campbell, 35, and Daniel Ezekiel, 37, both of 283 Chapel St., Harrisville, were arrested Nov. 5 at 12:41 a.m. on Chapel Street and charged with violation of a protection order, police said.

Rashad McDevitt, 23, of 464 Second Avenue, Woonsocket, and Leila Encarnacao, 19, of 97 Doyle Avenue, Providence, were arrested Nov. 2 at 4:41 p.m. after an investigation by the Burrillville Police Department. McDevitt was charged with possession with intent to deliver, controlled substance conspiracy, and driving without a license, while Encarnacao was charged with possession with intent to deliver and controlled substance conspiracy, police said.

Brenda Westgate, 46 of 285 Brook Road, Harrisville, was arrested Nov. 2 at 10:30 a.m. at police headquarters where she was charged with larceny of a credit card, police said.

Michael Clacherty, 25, of 777 Spring Lake Rd., Harrisville, was arrested Nov. 1 at 5:15 p.m. on Black Hut Road and charged with driving under the influence and duty to stop in accidents resulting in damage to a vehicle.

He was also charged with refusal to submit to a chemical test and five additional motor vehicle violations, police said.

BELLINGHAM

Joseph M. Taber, 26, of 46 Gordon St., Framingham, was arrested Nov. 2 at 8:06 a.m. on Maple Street and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving a motor vehicle not meeting RMV safety standards, police said.

Jasmine Beausoleil, 19, of 67 Gaulin Avenue, Woonsocket, was arrested Nov. 2 at 10:35 a.m. on Hartford Avenue and charged with larceny over $250, conspiracy and larceny over $250 by scheme, police said.

Arrested in the same incident was Davon Lewis, 18, of 319 Grove St., Apt. #3, Woonsocket, charged with larceny over $250 and conspiracy, police said.

Joanne C. Marchand, 24, of 1204 Social St., Woonsocket, was arrested Nov. 2 at 7:41 p.m. on Center Street and charged with two counts of assault and battery on a police officer, disorderly conduct and on charges stemming from an outstanding warrant, police said.

Brian Frain Garneau, 21, of 626 Rathbun St., Blackstone, was arrested Nov. 4 at 10:03 a.m. on Blackstone Street and charged with violating a 209A abuse prevention order, police said.

Marc John Ollivier, 55, of 30 Delude Avenue, Apt. #1F, Woonsocket, was arrested Nov. 5 at 11:19 p.m. on Central Boulevard and charged with driving without a license and driving an unregistered motor vehicle with no plate or inspection sticker, police said.
