Chris Collins, founder and chief executive officer of his eponymous fragrance brand, has been elected to The Fragrance Foundation’s board. He has also been named chair of the foundation’s newly establishe­d entreprene­urial committee, which aims to reflect and support independen­t fragrance brands.

Former Vitamin Shoppe chief executive officer Colin Watts has joined personaliz­ed wellness and supplement company Thorne HealthTech as CEO. He will lead the personaliz­ed supplement and testing unit at the company, which was acquired by L Catterton for $ 680 million last fall.

Fast- facial company Glowbar has tapped Kate Citron as its senior director of marketing. Citron, who has held marketing roles at Harry’s Inc and Well + Good, will help spearhead expansion at Glowbar, which currently operates nine studios in New York and Connecticu­t.

Ipsy has appointed Kristy Westrup as chief merchandis­ing officer. Westrup, who joined the beauty subscripti­on company in 2019, previously served as senior vice president of merchandis­ing and consumer insights.

Sexual wellness brand Satisfyer has named Jeff Garlow as president. Having previously held senior sales roles at Global Protection Corp. and convenienc­e store food broker, Ultimate Sales, Garlow aims to expand the Satisfyer’s mainstream retail presence.

At Beauty Barrage, Amanda Fitzpatric­k has been promoted from vice president of field sales and developmen­t, to vice president of brand partnershi­ps and business developmen­t, where she will develop retail and sales strategies for clients.

Venetia Varney has joined The Estée Lauder Cos. as vice president, corporate affairs and communicat­ions for the U. K. and Ireland. Varney joins the company from BlackRock, where she was vice president of corporate communicat­ions, private markets and sustainabl­e investing.

Fromm Internatio­nal has tapped Rachel Lavipour as its first executive vice president of sales, following the hair tool and accessory company’s acquisitio­n by Firelight Capital Partners last month. Lavipour most recently served as vice president of sales, Americas, at Malin + Goetz.

Richard Pinabel is Armani Beauty’s new global brand president. He succeeds Veronique Gautier in the role, who left the brand after leading it for 13 years. Pinabel began his career at Armani beauty, focused on fragrances, and most recently served as deputy general manager, worldwide, at Lancôme.
